There is no record of Jimmy Podhorsky.  In his statement he claims to have gone to the gym around 7:30pm and left at 8:25.

Robert usually went to the gym in the evening except on the days he had the kids.  He was about 30 minutes into his workout when he got the page from Ray that the carpet padding he had ordered was in.

He had to run home and get the cashiers check his sister had given him to cash along with one of his paychecks.  Together, the checks totaled around the $1,050 that was in his glove box that night.  Back in 1994, banks closed earlier than they do now.  Because of Robert's work schedule the following day, he had to leave the gym and run to cash those checks.
