INTRODUCTION
My name is Bobby Fratta & I've been framed & sentenced to death for the 1994 Murder of my wife Farah. The purpose of this site is to expose the lies and corruption in my case, reveal the truths & all the information told to me, & generate the help needed to get me acquitted; plus, have the people responsible for framing me, prosecuted.
For Example, Farah's father, Syed "Lex" Baquer, is the main person framing me. He testified that he gave me Farah's gun a few months before her death. (And the D.A.s are claiming that gun, which I bought for Farah about 1982 & is therefore registered in my name, is the "murder weapon"). So you can see how critical that gun is to my case. But Lex is intentionally lying! He never gave me that gun! That gun was in Farah's possession since I bought it for her, & I had nothing to do with it supposedly turning up in the accused shooter's property bag at the Harris county jail. Read Lex's testimony on this site, along with information provided to me by 2 other men convicted in Farah's death, plus various other information & evidence, & judge for yourselves.
Meanwhile, even though the D.A.s got the jurors to hate me & use their emotions rather than their logic, all that evidence presented in my trial is still "legally insufficient" to have sustained a guilty verdict, & I must be acquitted. However; due to Lex Baquer's wealth and friendships and connections with high ranking Texas politicians & Freemasons, the Harris County D.A. (Patricia Lykos), The Texas Court Judges, & Texas A.G. (Greg Abbott) will all deny the fact of the legal insufficiency rather than simply obey & uphold the laws & give me justice. So I need intervention in my case from Washington, D.C. I need U.S. A.G. Eric Holder to appoint someone under him to review my trial transcripts to determine the legal insufficiency, then file my direct appeal on my behalf to the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals stating the legal insufficiency, while Mr. Holder tells Pat Lykos & Greg Abbott to concede that legal fact so I'm immediately acquitted and released.. Then see to it I'm compensated for being wrongfully convicted & Imprisoned. Then I also need Mr. Holder to send FBI agents from D.C. to investigate the D.A.'s office, Sheriff's Department, Lex Baquer, Dr. Lawrence Abrams, Attorney (& Lex's Personal Friend) James Beeler, & others for their intentionally withholding & stealing evidence that proves my innocence, Lying an committing aggravated perjury, beating me, beating one of the other men convicted, seriously injuring me (for which I need surgeries), & committing other criminal & felony acts & civil rights violations in framing me & covering it up, so the truths can finally be revealed.
As you can see, I'm needing & calling for Federal Intervention & Investigation from D.C., & asking you people out there to join me in asking Mr. Holder also. Anyone who really want the truths & Justice will contact Mr. Holder as I'm requesting.
